Preparing for cyclone Yasi

As Far North Queensland residents begin preparing for cyclone Yasi’s landfall, First National Mission Beach has called upon all customers with properties for sale through First National Real Estate to remove any signage from outside their properties.

For all absentee owners, First National Mission Beach will be attending to the removal of signs within the next 24 hours.

Surprisingly, agency principal Di Wagner reports that Mission Beach is today experiencing the most beautiful day with clear blue skies and calm seas.

First National Real Estate encourages all property owners to remove all garden furniture and any objects that could become misiles, and store them in a safe, secure place. The Queensland government is encouraging residents in areas at risk to stock up on candles, batteries and basic foodstuffs as electricity cuts will occur and communities may be isolated.

If you have concerns about a property in First National’s care, please contact your First National agent urgently.
